Alert as of 2/12/24: The time zone default lineups will not be available on Zap2it going forward due to a change from our data supplier. Some suggestions to resolve technical issues: • Close the Zap2it window, then open a new window and go to tvlistings.zap2it.com. • Click or tap on the "reload" or "refresh" icon in your browser. • Sign out, and then sign back in, and then click on "Grid Preferences". Then click "Save Preferences". Note that "Grid Preferences" is not currently available on mobile devices, just on most tablets and computers. • Click on "Change Provider", change to another lineup temporarily, then click on "Change Provider" again and set back to your preferred lineup. • Clearing your browser cache or restarting your device may also help.
The new grid’s responsive design allows the grid to adapt to the screen size you are viewing it on.
Desktop/laptop users, you can see 3 or 6 hours. If you see less than 3 hours, please hit CTRL- to zoom out.
Also note that to see 3 or 6 hours, your browser window width needs to be at least 1,200 pixels wide. If you can adjust your browser window to be wider, remove any favorites or browser sidebars, and/or adjust your screen resolution, that might help get your window to the required width.
To use a 6-hour view, click on "Grid Preferences". Choose a 6-hour grid, then click "Save Preferences".
If the listings are not using the full space of the grid, we recommend that you sign out, and then sign back in, and then click on "Grid Preferences". Then click "Save Preferences". Clearing your browser cache or restarting your device may also help.
If you are unable to log in, please reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot password” link on the login screen.
If you are being asked to login to the site on every visit, we recommend you make sure you are not viewing Zap2it in "private" or "incognito" in your browser, and that you are not otherwise clearing your cookies (either manually or via an add-on/extension/app like CCleaner or CleanMyPC). Zap2it uses a browser cookie to keep you logged in, so if the cookie is deleted, you will be prompted to login on your next visit.
Note if you need to change your email address: Sorry, we are unable to change the email address on your Zap2it account. If you have a new email address, you should register a new account on Zap2it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To select favorite channels, highlight the star to the right of the channel number.
To limit your view to only show your favorite channels, select the “Starred” filter at the top of the grid next to “All Channels.” Or click on "Grid Preferences" and select the box for "Only show Starred channels" and click on "Save Preferences."
Channels will appear in numeric order and cannot be rearranged.
Note if there are multiple versions of the same station in your provider's lineup, Zap2it will display only the first instance of the station when you view only starred channels.
A single station view is now available - click or tap on the station logo to see that station's upcoming schedule.
The “My Shows” tab shows the upcoming airings of all your favorite shows.
To add favorite shows, search for your favorite show title and click the “❤️Add to my shows” button on the show card. Or find the show in the grid and click on “❤️Add to my shows” in the expanded grid cell.
Favorite shows are highlighted in the full grid with green hearts.
To delete a show from your favorites, when viewing the My Shows page or the expanded show info in the main grid, click on the button that says "❤️In my shows", and it should change to a "❤️Add to my shows" button. That indicates the show will be removed from your My Shows.
If a show has been selected as a favorite, upcoming airings can be found on the My Shows tab. Upcoming airings can also be found of the Upcoming Airings tab of the show card.
Episode titles and episode descriptions can be found by clicking on the show title. An expanded grid cell will appear with more information about the episode airing.
You can also find episode titles and episode descriptions on the Episode Guide found on the show card.
Reset password functionality has been simplified. Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link found on the Login/Sign Up form and a new password will be emailed to you. Once you receive your new password, log in using your new password, go to your “Account Settings” and change your password to something more memorable.
Note that your password and your email address that you use to login are case sensitive - be sure to enter them in exactly as provided.
If you don't receive the password reset email, check your junk or spam folder, or search your emails for the subject line "Your TV Listings Password Change Request", or an email from a nielsen.com address.
Sorry, our system does not allow for changing of email addresses. It will be necessary for you to logout, and then select the 'Sign Up or Log In' link at the top-right of the grid and select the 'Sign up' link and enter your new email address and select a password. As a "new" user you will need to re-select any favorite channels and/or favorite programs that you had previously set under your old registration.
You may continue to use an old email address. However, if you forget your password and try to reset it an email will attempt to be sent to your old email address. For this reason, using an old email address is not recommended.

Limit your grid view to only show programming for your favorite genres, including Movies, Sports, Family, News and Talk.
To enable a filter, simply click on the genre of your choice. To remove the filter, re-click on the genre you selected or click on “All Channels”
Note that on some grids to see the music channels, you should click on "Grid Preferences" then check the box for "Show music channels" and then click the "Save Preferences" button. That should result in the grid showing all the music channels that are available in the grid you are viewing.
Not seeing channels on your grid that you know are available to you? We want to know about it.
First confirm that you are localized to the correct Zip/Postal code and Provider, which should be listed at the top of your grid directly above the “Change provider” button.
If your lineup has 100+ channels and you’re seeing less than 100 channels, confirm that you are looking at your providers digital lineup, not cable.
Also, confirm that you are not filtering out non-HD and non-starred channels. Click on "Grid Preferences", and uncheck "Only show HD channels" and "Only show Starred channels".
Note if you are viewing only starred channels, and there are multiple versions of the same station in your provider's lineup, Zap2it will display only the first instance of the station.
If you still aren’t seeing a channel on your grid that you know is part of your lineup, email us and specify your Zip/Postal Code, Provider, Channel Name and #(s) that are missing.
Are you seeing a programming on your grid that doesn’t match what you’re seeing on TV? If so, please tell us your Zip/Postal Code, Provider, Channel Name, Show Title and Airtime listed incorrectly on your grid and what it should be.
Print 3-hours of programming by clicking on the Print icon at the top of the grid.
The print view includes genre highlighting by color and NEW/PREMIERE/LIVE indicators.
If you only want to print your favorite channels, simply click the “Starred” filter at the top of your grid before clicking on the Print icon.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, we want to hear about it. Please provide your Zip or Postal Code, your Provider, and step by step instructions so we can replicate what you are seeing and troubleshoot accordingly.
Before contacting us about a technical issue, please complete these steps and test if the issue is resolved: 1. Close any window or tab that has Zap2it loaded in it. Open a new tab/window and load Zap2it there. 2. Clear your browser's cache. clear-my-cache.com explains how to do this (not affiliated with Zap2it) 3. Restart your device. 4. Click on "Grid Preferences". Then click "Save Preferences". (desktop, laptop and tablet only) 5. If you have third-party extensions or add-ons installed on your browser, try disabling them - it's possible there is a conflict with Zap2it.

Also please note that Zap2it does not provide technical assistance with TVs or with the quality of the broadcast signal on your television. For issues relating to your TV functionality, we recommend contacting your TV manufacturer, your TV service provider or the station experiencing the problem.
One suggestion that may help speed up the site would be to use our "starred" channels feature, and then filter your grid for just your favorite channels.
